Francis “Frank” Dadzie Chief Executive Officer, CEO
As a founding member and Chief Executive Officer of Q2 Atelier, Frank leads in the development and execution of the organization’s mission, vision and strategic direction. He is the public face of the organization and is responsible for its overall success.
Frank is a dedicated and consummate process management enthusiast with over 19 years of experience in finance industry operations, data analysis and process management for Fortune 500 organizations. With a solid reputation for designing, analyzing, monitoring, and transforming complex processes by focusing on customer needs and using data to effectively and efficiently drive performance while reducing risk, Frank is focused on developing well managed spaces and fostering continuous improvement environments. Frank holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance, and a master's in information systems management. He also holds Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, Agile Scrum Master and Agile Scrum Product Owner certifications.
As a founding member and Chief Operating Officer of Q2 Atelier, Angela aligns organizational strategy to execution, and oversees the operations and business development of the firm. Angela has spent over 18 years managing complex projects and for business operations and IT for financial services and healthcare industries. Recognized for quickly bringing organization and methodical approaches to achieve desired business outcomes, she has a knack and passion for bringing people together and coaching them to become high performing teams.
Angela holds a master's in Public Administration and an MBA with a concentration in Project Management. She also holds the following certificates: SAFe 6.0 Practice Consultant (SPC), SAFe Agilist (SA), Release Train Engineer (RTE), Scrum Master (CSM), Product Owner (CSPO), Project Management Professional (PMP), Prosci Change Management and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (LSSYB).
