Our career navigation module focuses on providing strong foundational self-awareness tools aimed at helping our participants to chart a new course or self-correct their career aspirations. This program hinges on 4 key principles:
● Provide assessment tools to help people better understand their own strengths, weaknesses, skills, and interests
● Provide career planning assistance that is carefully tailored to individual needs
● Empower individuals with resources to position them for success

Professional Networking

Our professional networking module is aimed at fostering collaborative professional relationships that enhance participants’ skillset and help them explore prospective career opportunities. Our focus is on:

● Operational networks: people in trade groups, professional organizations, or directly knowledgeable or connected to the kind of work you do—or hope to do
● Strategic networks: contacts who may not be in your career field or industry, but who may be thought leaders and bigger-picture visionaries
● Personal networks: Fellow alumni, social media, connections, and professional-focused meet-up organizations

Training and Development

Our training and development module helps participants to enhance general and specific skills in different business endeavors. This module targets budding entrepreneurs and college graduates who want to build skills or enhance their expertise in their career or business. We offer web based self development courses and instructor led training sessions.

Career Placement

This module is a follow through from our Internship support program. Interns who perform strongly may be offered a permanent role in our organization. We also actively leverage our network to help participants in our training and development module to find permanent roles in their chosen industry or area of work.

Internships

Our internship program provides support to chosen participants who will be embedded in our consultancy services with specific clients that align with the participant's career objectives. Upon successful completion of the Mentorship and Placement program, participants will have the opportunity to apply for internships with our consultancy business.
